Difficulty: Easy
Preparation time: 30 minutesΒ
Cook Time: 20 minutes

170 g of Dark Chocolate broken up in pieces
3/4 cup of Non-Salted Butter softened
2 large Eggs
1 cup of Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Flour

Chocolate Icing:

1/2 cup of Non-Salted Butter softened
2 cups Icing Sugar
1 cup of Cocoa Powder
1/4 cup Milk
2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Vanilla Icing:

3/4 cup of Non-Salted Butter softened
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 cups Icing Sugar

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Butter your square baking sheet of about 20 cm.
  3. In the microwave, add the butter for your brownies with the Dark Chocolate pieces in a bowl and melt them together.
  4. In another bowl, mix the eggs, brown sugar and the Salt with a whisk.
  5. Next, add the melted butter and dark chocolate mixture to the eggs mixture and whisk until it becomes smooth.
  6. Now pour the batter into your baking sheet and cook in the oven for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick can be extracted from the middle of the brownie cleanly (or a few crumbs).
  7. While your brownies are in the oven, mix all the ingredients for the icing in separate bowls and whisk them until they are nice and smooth.
  8. Once your brownies are done, let it cool down and now cover your brownies with the homemade icing you’ve just concocted however you like (let your imagination drive you).
