The Best God Damn Ribs You Will Ever Make.

With Homemade Barbecue sauce.

2 racks of Baby Back Ribs
1/2 Lemon’s Juice
2 cups of Brown Sugar
4 tsp of Cayenne Pepper
4 tsp of Paprika
3 tsp of Salt
3 tsp of Ground Mustard
3 tsp of Oregano
2 tsp of Garlic Powder
2 tsp of Onion Powder
1 tsp of Pepper

Kick-Ass Barbecue Sauce:

1 1/2 tsp Chilli powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
4 tbsp of Butter
1 cup of Ketchup
1 cup of Apple Jelly or another preferred Marmalade
1/2 cup of Cider Vinegar
3 tbsp of Molasses
2 tbsp of Dijon Mustard
2 tbsp of Worcestershire Sauce
Add Salt and Pepper to taste

1- Preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit
2- Display your ribs on a board and with a sharp knife, remove the little bits of excess fat. 3- With a sharp knife again, turn the rack of ribs upside down and peel off the silver membrane using a paper towel.
4- Cut the ribs into pieces (usually 1 bone per cut)
5- Add the lemon juice on the top of the ribs and evenly coat them in the juice. The acid will help tenderize the ribs, making them more succulent.
6- Mix all the spices in a bowl to make a rub and proceed to coat your rack of Ribs with it.
7- Put your ribs on a cooking sheet and cover with aluminum foil (shiny side up).
8- Put your ribs in the oven for 2 and a half hours.

While your ribs are slowly cooking, it is time to prepare your homemade barbecue sauce!

1- In a cooking pot, add the butter and all the spices and let melt while stirring for about a 1-2 minutes.
2- Next add all other ingredients to make this kick-ass barbecue sauce
3- Wait until the sauce boils and then let it simmer for 5 minutes or until the consistency becomes that of syrup.

Finishing touches:

1- Take the Ribs out of the oven
2- Turn on your BBQ at around medium high heat.
3- Pour the Kick-Ass Barbecue Sauce on the Ribs and put the ribs on the BBQ until it caramelizes.
4- Turn the Ribs regularly to cook all the sides and don’t hesitate to add more sauce during the cooking.
5- Take those bastards out of the BBQ and let those ribs change your life.
